Our e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify.

2. Products and Availability

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative product.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards and other available payment methods.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • The item is unavailable
  • There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorised activity

4. Shipping

We currently deliver within Ireland using An Post.

  • Standard shipping: €7
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, sellable condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We cannot accept responsibility for lost return packages, so we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
